The SaturdaySelect program is a rigorous Associate in Arts degree program especially designed to help non-traditional students meet their educational goals while juggling employment and family responsibities.

Classes meet on Saturday mornings or afternoons; 25 percent of the coursework is performed online.

A proponent of the transformative power of education, I have committed my academic career to providing access to high quality education to low income, minority, adult, and other under-represented populations.

As a faculty member, I taught both non-traditional and traditional age students at the Brevard Area Campus of University of Central Florida and University of Toledo.

During my tenure as dean of Miami Hamilton, the campus increased its minority population from 9 percent to 14 percent, created programs intended to serve working adults, actively recruited and supported veteran students, and increased financial support for non-traditional students.
